By making use of my offer, you agree to the following general conditions (General Terms and Conditions, GTC). In the following, the term consulting applies across the board and includes coaching and any kind of consultation and information exchange.
CANCELLATION FEE
You agree to cancel appointments in a timely manner. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment, you agree to pay a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the fee for the scheduled appointment.
CANCELLATION OF SEMINAR PARTICIPATION
Withdrawal from a seminar is only possible in writing. Withdrawal from a seminar can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. Participation fees already paid will then be refunded in full. In case of later cancellation, no-show or early departure, the full seminar fee must be paid.
PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
It goes without saying that as a consultant I am subject to absolute confidentiality. The confidential contents of the consulting sessions may only be disclosed to third parties with the written consent of the consulting client.
SELF-RESPONSIBILITY
As a consulting client, you acknowledge that all steps and actions you take in the course of consulting are your own responsibility.
SESSION FEE AND DURATION
Unless otherwise agreed, a consulting session lasts 90 minutes. In the event of an extension, the actual time used will be billed, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. If a regression session is agreed upon, it lasts 2 to 3 hours and is billed at a flat rate.
The consultation offered here is not a service in the usual sense. By paying the fee, you create the possibility that the consultation can take place. The price is therefore independent of what takes place within the created possibility. You are responsible for using the opportunity in the best sense for yourself. I will do my best to support you in this.
PAYMENT AND FULFILLMENT
My right to payment of the fee arises for each individual service as soon as I have provided it. All services not specifically identified as being included in the fee are ancillary services that will be paid for separately. As soon as you receive my invoice my fee is due for payment. You will be in default even without a reminder if you do not make the payment within 10 days after the due date and receipt of the invoice. In this case, you agree to pay interest on arrears at the statutory rate.
LIABILITY
For the provision of verbal information, my liability to you is excluded. I am liable to you with respect to any damages arising from my activities only in case of intent and gross negligence. Any further compensation by me is excluded.
FURTHER AGREEMENTS
All agreements must be in writing; this also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement itself.
