In this video (check subtitles for English), I explain the difference between a trauma and a hangover in regression therapy. In short, a trauma is a psychological wound (emotional, mental or spiritual) and a hangover is a state of low energy and depression as a result of a prolonged down period in the past. How can traumas and hangovers each develop? What is the best way to approach therapeutic treatment? I will address these questions. The term hangover was coined by Hans Ten Dam to distinguish it from trauma.
